There really aren’t the right words to describe the overwhelming thanks I owe to y-notts! They helped make it possible for me to follow my dreams in the sport which I love so much, basketball. I’ve achieved so much over the last year, but the pinnacle was my selection into the under 16’s GB team, I played at international level in Macedonia. “WOW”! I heard about y-notts through a support worker and never thought I’d be successful in bidding for their help. I applied for help to pay for a Yoga Teacher Training course. Practicing yoga since 1998 has helped me in so many ways and I wanted to be able to share the beauty of this ‘Life Science’; in my community, with vulnerable populations, with those that would otherwise not have access to it. y-notts has now afforded me the opportunity to do just that and I’m extremely grateful to them.

I would just like to say a big Thank you for the donation of £1,000 that you made to me last year in order to help me live 
my dream at Performers College. I have an an amazing first year at college and without your help that wouldn’t have been possible. I have experienced lots of incredible things this year, including being taken to watch many West End shows, such as Memphis The Musical, Top Hat & Best of Broadway. The shows were amazing and inspired me even more to keep following my dreams of becoming a professional dancer and with hard work and determination that could be me on the stage. I also had the opportunity opportunity to perform at Wembley Stadium for the FA Cup Final 2015, which was such an amazing experience from working with the choreographers; Mass Movement to getting to know more people from college as this performance was open to first & second years. I completed my ISTD Intermediate Modern exam also, which will enable me to completed my DDI Teaching qualifications next year, again because of your generosity, and I took part in my first Summer show with the college which was a really good experience. Overall my first year has been an incredible year, with lots of new friendships made and unforgettable memories and for my fund raising this year i have lots of new ideas for events to take place over summer. A few ideas are, another Family fun day, A Fashion show & A Girls Night pamper evening. Thank you again for your continued support, I really appreciate it.
